By using think.er HUB, you agree to these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree, do not use the platform.
2. Accounts
- You are responsible for your account credentials and activity.
- Provide accurate registration details at all times.
- We may suspend accounts that violate these terms or applicable law.
3. Acceptable Use
- No unauthorized access attempts or harmful activity.
- No malware, phishing, harassment, or unlawful use.
- No unauthorized sharing of paid/protected learning content.
4. Intellectual Property
Platform code, materials, and brand assets remain the property of think.er HUB or rightful owners and are protected by law.
5. Fees & Refunds
Course fees are displayed per course. Refund policies apply as communicated for each offering.
6. Liability
The platform is provided on an "as is" basis. Liability is limited to the maximum extent permitted by applicable law.
7. Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Zambia.
